I really respect AL for always shooting the facts. Please check out Kyle's mother's page. She said that the mother tried this case in a different state and it got thrown out and now she's at it again in a different state. I agree that this case is crazy.. I had a cousin who started working at a hotel and we were talking and she made a statement that she uses her tips for bus fare to get to work. that statement has always stayed with me and i make sure i tip hotel cleaners. you never know what someone else's situation and they might need that extra money.

This is why when I was in my 20’s . My partying Days. When I get up to Dance each time. I would come back to my seat snd pour my drinks out! I felt a vibe someone or some people had a plan. I always warned my girlfriends when we go out. Do not drink your drinks when you sit back down after a night of dancing. Tragically one of my friends did not listen. It was like girl. I paid for this Drink!!! She lost her mind after drinking what someone put in her drink . Never was the same. Her career was over . Corporate head in Houston. It just took one dirty Drink. Brain Dead. Very Sorry this happened to Funky Dineva and Claudia. We definitely have some sick minded people in this World. 👀

I was a server for years and Funky is RIGHT about black folk NOT tipping. AND they tend to run you raggedy as a server. It's true. And I'm black too. It's true.

Yep. I was a server for a short period while between jobs. I'm a great tipper, so I refused to believe it when people would tell me, "Girrrrrl; good luck bcuz black ppl [like this 🤚🏾, and not like this 🤚 ... 😂🤣😂] do NOT tip." It was so true. I ended up HATING- and having to catch myself, but it being more true than not- when black patrons would be seated in my section. But they usually would run me ragged, send food back, complained about EVERYthing.... then leave $2 and talk about "Keep the change." 😒 It STILL pisses me off, and this was years ago. 😂🤣
