✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
For 1st Poha Namkeen:
Paper Poha (पतला पोहा) - 250 Gram
Dried Coriander Leaves (सूखे धनिये के पत्ते) - Some
Oil (तेल) - 1 Tbsp
Curry Leaves (कढ़ी पत्ता)
Peanuts(मूंगफली) - 1 Bowl
Salt(नमक) - As per taste
Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) - 1 Tbsp
Fox Nuts (मखाना) - 1 Bowl
Ghee (घी) - 1 Tbsp
Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
For 2nd Poha Namkeen:
Thick Poha (पोहा) - 1/2 Kg
Peanuts (मूंगफली) - 1 Bowl
Chickpea (चना दाल) - 200 Gram
Curry Leaves (कढ़ी पत्ता) - 1 Bowl
Dry Coconut (सूखा नारियल) - 50 Gram
Cashew Nuts (काजू) - 100 Gram
Almonds (बादाम) - 100 Gram
Raisins (किशमिश) - 50 Gram
Oil (तेल) - For Frying
For Masala:
Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 spoon
Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 spoon
Kashmiri Chili Powder (कश्मीरी मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 spoon
Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) - 1 Tbsp
Salt(नमक) - As per taste
Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 4 Tbsp
Citric Acid (सिट्रिक) - 1/4 Tbsp
Mint Powder (पुदीना पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
✍🏻RECIPE:
𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐯𝐝𝐚 𝟏, take Paper Poha/Patla Poha, sieve properly, and dry roast it. Keep the pan for heating, add Oil, Curry Leaves, Peanuts, dried Coriander Roast, and Paper Poha, and roast well. Then add Salt, Chat Masala, Sugar Powder and dried Coriander Powder and mix all well. In this way, market-style tasty Chivda will get ready and enjoy the Chivda for a long time.
𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐯𝐝𝐚 𝟐, take a mixing jar, put Turmeric Powder, crushed Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Chat Masala, Salt, Powdered Sugar, Citric Acid, Mint Powder.
