I agree 100% with you about not pushing religion children. I have 4 kids My oldest is 17 year old and was invited to church (i didn’t want him to go but keep it to myself) he went a few time then came to me and didn’t like it. I told him that is fine and to keep his heart and mind open.

I grew up in church since I was 6. But since growing older and thinking for myself, my spirit is guiding me in a different direction. I've left bible study. And since become more brave to not attend church or to feel pressured by anyone. But I won't tell my parents lol. They'd freak out. I wouldn't consider myself a witch, I am definitely spiritual. And I do enjoy magik and connecting with spirit and nature, but I'll probably come into my own once I leave home and can completely be myself.

About the "body language/energy magic" I find it's helped me a lot. I'm autistic so I sometimes forget the importance of body language. But what I do when I see a man who seems to have malicious intentions or just when I go run errands I try to remind myself to carry myself like I'm a confident and calm and in control woman, (and sometimes I'll even say the words in m head like a mantra.) It works great! I've had men who where following me, and people who seemed like they might be trying to cause trouble turn around /and or back away, and I've gotten many jobs this way. People pick up on everything from your body language, to what colours you wear ect... it's a subconscious thing and it's hardwired in our brains. Also, sometimes I like to do a little experiment where I'll look at a person and see what colour their aura is that day. You can also see what colour your aura is sometimes when you're not sure what your thinking/feeling that day.

Way late on commenting. I'm new to this fabulous site. Thank you Jenna. Regarding "witchlings" (too cute!). I raised my three kids pagan. So wonderful. I was the cool mom, to their friends. Always seasonal crafts for kids. "Circle Round " , great ideas, crafts, recipes! It was our, go to, everyday. Now my kids are, 28, boy, Taurus. Next, my 'mini me", my little witch, Alyssa, 24, capricorn. Then , my baby boy, Leo, 22. Never was interested, but I exposed them to many different, ideas, faiths, etc. Buddhism, christianity, atheism, catholsim., shamanism, indigenous traditions, everything I could. Different cultures, foods! My children are amazing. Daniel, my baby lion, is now a devote to KRISHNA. He is a certified Reiki healer . My girl is amazing. She has old knowledge, she must channel . Taurus hasn't found a path yet, but he is open. I tell them that, belief, faith, hope, it's really what makes sense to the individual. And they also understand, cults, blind faith, and the people.

My youngest son is very interested in stones and crystals. He's very intuitive about them, but he also brings home lots of gravel he finds loose on the playground. My middle son is an animal person, my oldest is more logic minded. They are all special people, and will each find their own path.

I just want to say that spirituality has changed my life. Since experiencing a "spiritual awakening" my anxiety and deppression has significantly decreased, (which has never happened before with therapy and medication alone). I found a therapist that is also an empath and encourages me to be my authentic self and encourages me to be spiritual and I feel like for the first time in a long time I feel at peace with myself and the world, I'm able to forgive people but also set healthy boundaries, I find it easy to eat well, to exercise and it's been kind of an "upward spiral." I know everybody is different but I find for me I need a combination of tools and knowledge to feel empowered. I realised that one method alone is not enough for me personally. A lot of people believe in science or spirituality, (each person's path and preferences are different and that's fine.) But I actually find that combining spirituality and modern science (medication, therapy and eclectism to be specific) was what really helped me grow! Healing is a process, sometimes you have to "shop around" for a method (or a combiation of methods in my case) and find what works for you. But I can't say it enough, it's so worth it! My family and friends have told me I seem more confident and calm, and i feel powerful yet at peace. (As opposed to always defensive and anxious.) I still have a long ways to go but I'm proud of my progress! Blessed be! :D ✌

With regards to children, I have three and I just let them come to me and ask questions. If I'm pulling cards, I will answer any questions that they have with regards to tarot or if I'm laying out a crystal grid, I will answer their questions or let them know what the crystals mean same thing with herbs and oils, etc. I have started telling them about sabots as well and they also know that the Moon is important to me. We also created a fairy garden. they'll let you know what they're interested in and you just look for those teachable moments. BB 🔮💜🕯️

Jenna when you where taking about orbs. I have seen them but usually they are scattering away. See I will be asleep and dreaming but it will turn into a nightmare but I know it's not my own nightmare. And I will wake myself up and I will see multiple orbs running away. I feel violated and scared when this happens but I dont know what they are or why it happens so i try not to jump to conclusions about thier intent. Get or make a sage bundle, open a door or window & start smudging (burn sage) in the opposite room from the open door/window. Say that negative energy is not welcome in your space. Get the smoke into all corners & drive the negative towards the open door/window. When you have smudged the entire area that is your space you need to invite positive energy in. Energy is everywhere. The eviction of the negative energy will cause a void. That void can attract something worse than whatever left. Invite the positive energy in as soon as you are done smudging to fill the void. There are other smudges you can do, if you don't like sage. There are other ways to cleanse energy if you don't like smoke. Bells are good. I keep some bells hung on my front & back doors. I suggest a good magical floor sweep powder to keep good positive energy in your space.

Both of my boys were raised Catholic just to give them a religion as they got to be about 12 or 13 I told them there are many different types of religion out there to gravitate to if at all and they would not be judged by their choice. My oldest son is a Pagan and my youngest is Atheist. I am Southern Baptist BUT have always considered myself a witch (don’t judge me now lol) I was raised Southern Baptist but my heart is where the craft is ❤️ A religion is a right of human to choose. No one has the right to take that away. I love that you are allowing your son to do the same.

also lastly, your comment about me potentially feeling anxiety under power lines explains the funniest long time question my hub and I have had. We have to do unplug our microwave because I cant use it and guests would accidentally use it and I would get dizzy and anxious. I also unplug my wifi every night. I am loling!!
