Life is both positive and negative you shouldn't ignore the negative but shouldn't let it dictate your life just know that non of the negatives are wrong and shouldn't dismiss them as just negative thinking because it's not thinking it's what it is. It's your choice whether you want to acknowledge it and let it guilt you or acknowledge it and be grateful for what you have and just live your life
