Now this is one of the things that I LOVE about art and why I’m so drawn to it. Art is subjective, there isn’t a correct way to do things when it comes to art. Whether it be sculpting, dance, drawing, paint, etc. You can literally just draw a bunch of squiggles and it is art. You can express how you are feel through your art and no one else will know the true meaning behind it other then you, they can guess sure but you are the only one that will truly know. I’m not that good at drawing myself mostly because I’m unable to practice much, but what inspires me is that all these famous artists we know and love today, were once regular people like us. Infact most of them lived on the streets even and didn’t even make a dime and their art was considered not good, ugly, untalented etc, but now look at their pieces.. they sell for billions of dollars. There is absolutely no right or wrong way and there are no rules to it. What matters in art if you draw or do anything is it’s only art if you say it’s art and no one else. All that matters is YOUR opinion because it’s your creation… not anyone else’s. That’s what I love about art.
@ursosa89372 жыл бұрын
Hi, I just wanted to thank you so much for this comment! I used to draw and paint and dance and do all sorts of things but then I grew out of them due to depression and loss of passion and more, but for some reason after reading your comment I am considering going back and trying it again and I just wanted to thank you because no one has done that for me yet, not even close family or friends, may God bless you with the most beautiful happy life

@@ursosa8937 That means alot to me but it is true. Look at Leonardo da Vinci, Vincent Van Gogh, Pablo Picaso, etc. Many of them didn’t even make a single dime and lived on the streets trying to sell their work. People thought they were untalented and just wasting their time back then. But today their art sells for billions even trillions of dollars, yes they may be poor when they were alive and it is known that art becomes more valuable once the artist is dead and gone.. but there are many artists today who I guantee faced the same struggles and now look at them. Made a living doing what they love. Many people may tell you that it’s ugly, you can’t do it, or your not doing it right. But that’s when you look at them and ask “Really, I didn’t know there were certain rules I had to follow in art. Please go ahead teach me these rules.” They may try to tell you look at Van Gogh or Pablo their paintings sell. But that’s also when you say “Okay, did you know people told them the exact same thing your telling me? But they didn’t listen and now they’re paintings are famous everywhere years later proving them wrong. So please, go do some research before you tell me I’m doing my art “wrong”.” Because in art.. rules simply just don’t exist. And that’s what makes it beautiful. I’m glad I was able to inspire you again.

Her drawings were amazing. My uncle was into aviation and my grandmother was just the most cheerful woman I knew. My brother has Autism as well and he's so smart. It really makes my blood boil when I see people treating those living with a disability badly. They're often the most creative, smartest people you'll ever meet. What scares me is my mom has it as well now but very subtle. Hers will progress as she gets older. It is hereditary. I have been tested for the gene and even though it has not came up yet I will eventually have it as well. My grandfather never let it overcome him and just had to go about a different way to accomplish things.
