Stupid solution by the teacher. Wny should the boy go hungry instead? And why should the boys parents pay for his lunches? Couldn't the teacher pay them or bring them? If he did Mike wouldn't go hungry every day. Was he just cheap putting it on Mike's parents? This was the most stupid solution. No, so much in this story was unnecessary sadness. The teacher should have done it without using a little child. He could have given him his own lunch. He just kind of stole it from Mike's parents and now is a hero? Not in my eyes. A little boy was still hungry during lunches remember.

That whole thing was insane! Why would you starve one child to feed another?! Why did it have to be the same kid everyday giving up his lunch?! Why didn't the teacher talk to the principal to see about getting the poor kid free lunches?! If you're going to do these dumb*ss stories at least make them make sense.
