Thank you so very much for this video! I am just beginning to Substitute teach. I have no previous classroom experience, as I was a para with SPED programs. Tomorrow I am getting to teach my first 5th grade class. Your calm demeanor, specific details, and encouraging words have calmed my anxiety and I am able to now look forward to tomorrow. Again, thank you so very much!
