CSET Multiple Subjects Test Prep - Subtest 3 (Theater/Arts)

I am amazed by these videos to prepare for the CSET. Why is it that California doesn't accept other states teacher certifications? Especially when there are many colleges with the NCATE certification to prepare teachers? Also, let me point out that California is ranking in the low 40's out of all 50 states. Is it really important to be giving this type of test for future teachers in the state of California? It is clearly not working. I am really second guessing to teach in this state given the state ranking and the state's unsupported reciprocity from other states, especially those states that are performing and have consistently been performing far better than the state of California. California thinks they are better at preparing teachers? New York has a very rigorous teacher prep program. How is it that California doesn't approve? Or, is it just a money making scheme?

Thanks for the feedback, but please know this is JUST ONE sample video out of many. NES has a number of versions of the test in circulation, & some test-takers will not get a question relating to the content presented here, but others will. To be fully prepared for Subtest 3, it's best to prepare for a broad range of potential content. Enrolling in our classes held throughout CA or in our online prep programs (PARTLY sampled here) covering every area of the Subtest 3 exam may assist you better
