I'm not trying to brag or anything like that I just wanted to share my story, so I ride english with my english pleasure horse and my last show i decided to do barrels ( we did barrels before in a western saddle, also this is a English+western show) in my english tack and we went against barrel racers who have done this all the time and I got third, second went to a girl who does this all the time along with going to a rodeo the night before, she knocked down a barrel and got second place. So I'm pretty proud of me being in a western saddle two times before and my english pleasure horse who managed to get me to third place against sooooo many western horses. I just wanted to share that you you guys

As a board member on a Rodeo/Rider development committee, I 've been going through a whole Brad Pitt money ball mentality where I'm looking at racers and horses and different times gauging all the variables of a successful ride. the different arenas turfs, a horses running times, weather, the riders style. this video has brought me a broader picture from the walk around especially. it is exceptional and a brand new view point on feeling, weight placement, and speed focus. thank you Miss Taylor.

In my opinion, once Brad figures out the horn, he'll be more balanced as will the horse. But for Day 2 of Learning Barrels 101, I would definitely give him a 10. He made so much improvement from the first time. Brad, you need to watch these videos. It shows your progress over the 2 days, and that it's amazing to see!! Hey Fallon, I don't run barrels, I do pleasure classes over in Australia. But everything about you inspires me. And I learn more and feel so motivated every day. I really hope you see this because I wouldn't have enough time in a lifetime to say how much I appreciate you and love your videos. I totally agree on everything that she has to say. One thing that i learned was The 531, like you you know what it is. The 531 is you stay, 5 feet away from the barrel than 3 feet then 1 feet. it has helped me a lot! the one thing my brain can't do is the switching hands real fast. I a still working on that.
