Hey Frankie am enjoying your channel a lot.I went to school in London England for 7 years.I was made to feel like crap on a daily basis because I am both working class and Scottish. However 30 years later I have my own house and i go on 4 holidays per year.I do not tell the rich snobs that I search for all the cheapest deals.These rich kids have no concept of manners and the value of just being kind.Quite a few of these kids parents lost a lot of money when the stock market crashed in 1987.My Mum may not have been rich but she worked hard and she did the best she could.Keep your head up my dear .x

hits too close home. you don't know how poor you are until you get to know the really rich kids, what hurts the most is the fact that they don't think about the price of the things they get, they just buy whatever they want. at the start they thought I was as rich as them until they saw me buying food from the University's cafeteria.

Assalamo alaykum How is the work load. E.g in Uk after school finished about 3:30pm teachers are marking and planning lessons which takes up to 2-3 hours. Could you explain how the work load is as a teacher in Saudi? Jazakillah

Well, I listened to your video about coming to Saudi Arabia and about your experience of teaching there. I have applied for jobs in Saudi Arabia. Thanks for the information about Uber and about Internations. I think Internations will help a lot. It's very useful! I've taught in certain other countries, mainly in the Far East, and I have taught all age groups. i have letters from past employers to prove that I did those jobs. But I don't have a teaching degree, only TESOL. What Saudi teaching jobs can I legitimately aim for and what salary can I expect? I need to save money, and I am also thinking about doing a master's degree. I totally understand what you said in the other video about some employers in certain countries putting up barriers. I applied for jobs in South Korea (where I taught successfully for several years), but it can be frustrating and slow, because I am from the UK but some language schools will only hire young Americans under 30! Good luck in Saudi Arabia, and I hope you have many more fascinating stories to tell.

John R. I am from Saudi Arabia and ive lived in Britain for 10 years. Take it from me if you are british you have a really high chance of getting a job especially if it is realted to teaching. Saudi companies use this as a marketing technique. For example, I am in an english school and our headteacher is from Liverpool, although he dosent do much they always like to put his name and face on everything.

Maybe you should have used the opportunity to tell them that Allah is ar Rizaq; he gives Rizq to who so ever He wills. And wealth is a test for us. Where will holidays and first class travel experiences get us on the day of judgement? That would have been an important lesson for them. May Allah bless and guide you and those kids & all the Muslims ameen. I really enjoy your videos, they are very insightful. JazakAllahu khairan ❤

WA alaykumas saalam. Thank you for the kind words mA. So I applied for a work visa, that the only legal way you can work in Saudi. When a company hires you, they will help you and pay for that process. And yes, you can apply for international schools as a mom. Most school offer a discount for teachers kids.

Assalam alaikum. I guess rich kids around the world behave in such manor. I don't blame them because if you don't learn mannerism from early childhood, this will be the repercussions. Well I believe by time they will improve. I've seen this my entire life. My environment is surrounded by these kids, but I've seen some who try to change even a little and they turn to be the best of many. Kids are kids. No body said that the job of a teacher is easy. May Allah bless you. Don't worry if they pick-up few good traits along the way, that will make a difference for a better future. I look at it this way.

Question: Do these rich, rich families ever have time to read the Qur'an and contemplate on the Quranic concepts of feeding the hungry and helping the needy of the world? The lives of the rich are pathetic ! "It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for the rich to enter the gates of Heaven." Sounds familiar?

I've taught Saudi students in 6 cities over almost a decade and I've never seen any super rich ones like the ones you're describing. I know you know they're the 1% as you mentioned that but just wanted to tell that my college level students come to school without a penny and can't afford buying a sandwich. They wait until they get home around 5 o'clock to eat their first meal of the day..

She was teaching 3rd graders in the Diplomatic Quarter in Riyadh. So her experience is likely VERY different from yours. She didn't lay out where she was teaching in this video, but this is a part 2. Watch part 1 and you will get more information. I actually watched 3 of her videos because I wanted answers to some questions. She gave those answers across multiple videos.

Alassalamu alaikum dear Jojo Will I have watched the whole video and I didn't like it, she drew a picture where the kids of high class of society in Saudi Arabia are spoiled brats which is not ethical to talk behind their backs, those children trusted their teacher, however, they in 3rd grade as she said they don't know the meaning of Social class differences.
@raghad8473
@raghad8473 4 жыл бұрын
I don't know about you but I come from a very rich family, and I am a doctor. I lived my whole life in high society, so hear me very clearly if you may, there are some spoiled brats who are rude and ignorant but they are rare! most of the ppl are humble. people don't friend someone according to the amount of their wealth. it's completely racist to say that, whether she meant it or not. I bet if it's happed in another country she would say will kids will be kids
