6, what should I do? I'm 16, never had the opportunity to learn how to ride a bike but ironically have loved motorcycles since I was an infant. Should I buy a bicycle and are there any ones that would set me up to get a sports bike despite having such a late start?

I just started riding motorcycles. I would recommend learning to ride a bicycle first seeing that how you balance and turn on a bicycle is the same concept as a motorcycle. I took a motorcycle safety course at Humber and they do teach you the basics of balance but the course is only 2 days (in canada) so you may have trouble learning that quickly. once you can ride a bicycle comfortably than i would take the motorcycle course. As for what bicycle i would say it doesnt matter you could start with a cheap basic mountain bike.

In the US the oncoming traffic is almost always stopped and you turn with the left turn arrow.
