Having a pure trainer with 15 teaching and Star in teaching (for the 5xp boost so their training goes up from 15 to 20 faster) is pretty awesome also.

No you can just un-click them and then move them to another spot

General training is the worst kind of training, no?

I think it is the same but general training sort of "Auto-Assigns" so you don't have to manually pick. Once one set of skills is maxed they just automatically start training the next. If you specify "Combat' or whatever they will stop once they have maxed that one set
