so you play with a nautilus once he is lvl 6? if it was blitz you would have pathed bot?

I mean top is very volatile and enemy bot lane is ezreal lux which is high range fairly safe so I'd likely always play towards top early here give lead then move on. Now this game specifically looking back it at I should have cleared towards bot but what can you do.

You telegraphed your flash+Q in the beginning. You flashed way too late! Start your Q in fog of war and when you're a flash worth of distance away, do the combo. He should have been yours. (:
