I used to struggle reading the Bible, however when God completely turned me around, and told me it was either Him or the world, my entire being changed. I’m literally not even the same person, so my desires have changed. I would ask, do you have any open doors in your life? Sex outside of marriage? Idolatry, drugs, etc…? Also have you been through deliverance? There could be something supernatural making it difficult for you to read your Word. Faith without works is dead, so if you start by just reading 1 verse a day, God will honor that and help your hunger for His Word to grow. We have to meet him halfway though ❤️

Great video Jessica!! Thank you! I think it great to hear you read and share done examples. I’m old and I’ve prayed scriptures a very long time, as most people do anyway. Jessica, I’m so glad you made this video. I was a pastor’s wife for 22 years and our ladies really understood the power of praying the Word. When we were building our new sanctuary, we even wrote scriptures on the concrete before we put down the carpet. His word is yes and amen to those who believe. Although my Thompson Chain is highlighted, through and through, with prayer verses it will be great to make one for that purpose. Thank you for sharing this and teaching more about it.

This is great. I bring my prayer bible with me to church and cross reference my church bible, I also do it with my study bible. All that to say I agree with you said in the beginning, this little prayer bible is a enhancement tool in my daily walk with God. We had a lady in our church that required some big big prayers my prayer Bible is not complete but my verses are picked out so I was able to go through and pick the proper verse and pray over her it was the neatest experience I've ever had praying I don't know how your video came across my KZbin feed but I am forever grateful that it did thank you for sharing your gift.
