Love your videos! Do you eventually say board or place or have a command for him to go to the cato board?

good question - everything gets a "name" eventually - I usually use "place" once they know the behavior.

Is it ok if I leave the Cato board out and he likes sitting on it?

I don't think there's necessarily any one right answer to this, but I typically only bring Cato platforms out for training time. That way they stay "special" to the dog, and they understand it's time to learn/work when the Cato comes out.
