You should link the GPO which you created to the group of computers then the computers will receive GPO. Just running commands without linking GPO will give you no computer at WSUS server.

Under My Network 43 pcs it took 3 days without showing up clients pcs at last manually added the pcs and now showing lists but still sycn is balance left

Suppose you have 100 computers. Is it really a practical solution where you need to visit every computer and enforce the policy from there by 'gpudate'? And also the wuauctl /detectnow and /reportnow? I don't think so.
