For those who come back again to take another look at the steps 0:00 Understanding Self-trust from the viewpoint of fragmentation/ internal ecosystem 6:35 Parts Work. Identifying internal zero-sum games. Acknowledging that it's not possible to meet only one part's best interest. Beware of compromise. 8:31 Develop intimacy with part that you do not trust (see, hear, feel, understand its needs etc.) 9:44 Accept that there is nothing called Self Sabotage. Those parts just have different ways to protect you. 11:35 Self Confidence. The ability to depend on yourself. Recognize what you excel and gravitate towards those things. Look for places and people who value those things. 13:18 Listen, validate, see your feelings as important. The internal compass. The carrier of personal truth. We are living in an Emotional Dark Age. 15:04 No right answers. Only your right answers. Question others' perspective and synthesize your own. 16:58 If you're not willing to take risk, you already failed. It is an opportunity to know that you can do something. 18:11 Compile a list of "I trust myself to...". Nothing is too small or too big to write down. 19:29 Boundaries and Authenticity. Know what defines you from the rest of the universe and live according to it. A very big topic that needs a lot of other references. Make sure you check all those videos out (again). "The better it gets, the better it gets". We are all in this together.

I think a really important part of self trust is trusting your future self. That even if you fail by taking the risk, your future self will be able to handle the situation. This is necessary for taking responsibility, too, because you can never be 100% sure about the outcome of your decision, but you still choose that particular one, and you are willing to that outcome, because your future self will handle it.

I grew up as a high achiever trying to please a critical mother. Words Mama said that cut deep: “You’re so selfish. You only care about yourself and doing what is best for you.” Therefore, I got the idea I was supposed to put other people’s needs before my own and often felt guilty when I acted in my own best interests. As a child living with such a critical mother convinced me that I better act in my own best interests because I couldn’t count on my own mother to do so! Therefore, my trust in myself has been strong throughout the years, but it hasn’t always been easy to trust others. Thanks, Teal, for helping me to realize I need to let go of all guilt associated with acting in my own best interests. Shalom blessings. 🙏

This is such an inspiring history lesson about your upbringing and I always wondered how people with strict childhoods deal with having kids of their own. This was an interesting perspective. I started to follow my gut instinct a few years ago and my generalized anxiety attacks seemed to dissipate. I still struggle with anxiety here and there but it’s much more manageable. I think of it as you have a core consciousness that knows your best interest and can pick up on energy. I’ve gotten better over the years and I am trying to strengthen my third eye and intuition with situations and people. I still have problems deciphering between my anxiety and my intuition but it is a process and I’m proud of myself for not constantly distrusting myself and tearing myself down as an adult. I know my soul knows the way

I trust myself now for the first time in my life (thanks largely to years of Teal's guidance). I never thought I'd get to a point where I could approve of myself independent of others' approval. I would add to Teal's list that identifying one's personal values makes decision-making from a space of authenticity much easier, because it takes one out of the zero-sum mindset and into one of furthering a cause greater than one's self but which serves the self as well.

I can sign that "take a risk" -part. Even though I took a risk from place of lack and fear, that risk got me in a better place in life. I had more money, better human relationships, was healthier physically at least, and I felt like I could really stand on my own two feet. But at the same time, I came to realize just how valuable having help can be. With a terrible price, price of my sanity. If I had lost an arm, I would go to lengths to try to regenerate it, visit gurus who might know about such methods, whether highly scientific or spiritual. But instead I lost my sanity, which Teal says is regainable. A medicated zombie or to live tormented by the voices... well, how about neither? Not tormented, even if there are voices. Teal's videos have helped me to gain belief that I can have that third option in this life. For that, I thank you Teal. It's no small feat to instill belief in someone as jaded as me.

Teal you are on such an amazing streak ! I've always loved your videos but your clarity and passion seem to be at an all time high over the last year. Your vibration is so strong. Thank you

It becomes easier when you see your original caregiver you've been mirroring betray you. It hurts like hell but your lose trust in them and you understand that you can only trust in yourself so you become better , for yourself.
