I really like the different physics of the squares compared to the marbles! More square-based contests could be interesting. EDIT: omg the change at the end was SO satisfying. Spoilers Ahead! With the discontinuation of the Elimination System, which started all the way back in January of 2021, Indigo stands strong as the only color to never have been eliminated. Ironically enough, they place last here. And Lavender, who would have been eliminated were it not for the change, managed to win the race. Also, Welcome (back) Black and Cream, nice to see these colors participate (again).

Leg1: 4 marbles So if the marbles are on the right side, there will be marble jam and it will take longer to continue (0:01 to 0:26) Leg2: 4boxes of 4 marbles The platfrom in the sides push the boxes back up, luckily, theres only 1 of them at a time, so u have 0-8 seconds to go down. The lower u r, the more time u have (1:01 to 2:57) Leg3: 4box of 4box of 4marbles The left side just bring u down but dont slip cause if u slip that will be a waste of time to go back up to the top and do it over (3:56 to 6:21) Leg4: 4box of 4box of 4box of 4marbles Upwards plinko best stratagy: 1. Stay in the egdes (the holes in the edges is only a little wider than the boxes 2. Get 2 boxes and stuck yourself in the plinko (6:58 to 8:33) Leg 5: 256 marbles So mikan didnt put a wall to stop the marbles from going a shortcut, so do something to go in the shortcut before its too late (9:26 to 11:53) Final: box of 256 marbles Good timing gave lavender 1st, do something to dodge the blockers, it send u back and screw u getting high spots (right before end, at 12:24, look at blue), (11:55 to 13:44)

The history of marble colours: There were 20 colours before and they are in 2 teams as follows in a tank battle. Red/Warm Team: Red, Orange, Yellow, Brown, Tan, Rainbow, Maroon, Magenta, Pink, Olive Blue/Cool Team: Blue, Cyan, Lime, Green, Navy, Teal, Purple, Lavender, Grey, White Then there are 4 more colours: Salmon (warm), Violet (warm), Indigo (cool), Monochrome (cool) Now there are three added into the mix: Cream (warm), Mint (cool), Black (cool) This makes up 13 warms and 14 cools. Hence we need a warm colour to make the number of colours a multiple of 4 (i.e. 28). What could it be?

Making them into boxes was definitely a good flex of your creative muscles, but personally, I feel like it fell a little flat. This is partially a pun, since the flat edges were what made this such a relatively annoying race to watch. For one thing, I'm used to the fairly fast progression up and down the ranks made possible by the round shape of the marbles. My other reason for disliking the box shape cad be summarized by the timestamp 13:09 and the number 7. That being said, it's always good to see new ideas in these videos. They open up a new world of opportunity, even if that opportunity isn't exactly desirable.

Okey hear me out. (MIKAN, you should pin this if people still asking about it.) After this video, MIKAN wouldn't put anymore the "24th place will not be able to participate in the next race" system in thier videos. It means that there will be no elimination for the 24th placer and that colour would still able to perform into the next video. Technically, no one will be eliminated in that race and no new marbles were added in the next race onwards. Various reasons are as follow, (Said by MIKAN, I just explaining more in case you guys didn't understand yet) - MIKAN actually can't proceed some of thier ideas into the video due to the restriction that the lowest rank must always be determined (eliminated) in the video. MIKAN have a lot more ideas to be applied but since we keep doing this eliminating system, MIKAN can't go with it while keep eliminating the 24th placer in the next video. - Some race course ideas are suitable for more than 24 different marbles in a race so, this wouldn't put MIKAN to keep doing 24 marble race only. - First-timer would be confused of why there are no specific overated colour (Red, Yellow, Lime, Blue etc...) in MIKAN's videos. - And of course because of the time and effort to do a 24 marble races only requires a lot of time so if this elimination system is remove, MIKAN will have a lot more time to focus on other ideas instead of 24 marble race elimination. With this, we can also declare that the "Shutter Crush #14" video would be the last video featuring this system.

Rainbow's performance was very disappointing this time. Not only did Monochrome soundly beat them, but Rainbow placed near last as opposed to top 10 in most other videos. Other than that, it was a nice idea for a video. Enjoyed seeing the previous layers and how 1 of them ended up way behind.
