Hi guys, the previous engie video was recorded more than a month ago. I totally forgot about the voice chat spamming heavies there and it looked really bad. So I'm going to re-render that video with the voice spam removed. Here is another battle engie gameplay video, wishing you all peace:)

'PlayWithSIN' is an accurate name because I felt like I had to go to confessional after seeing that sentry spot at 1:40. Surprised at how much it could spot people at that angle. It looked like that box would block more of it lol

You are a really good engi. But sometimes I wonder if engi is a "win more" character (when attacking). Like if you are close to winning already he doesn't bring much besides tele so he only helps you win more. Players are so smart now, they see a sentry and most of them back away straight away. Also even on defence engi kinda sucks; a single demo or soldier or ubered character can destroy your nest. Having a dedicated airblast pyro with homewrecker can help protect sentry but idk I've never felt engi is that strong

Very late, but I think it kinda depends and it’s actually a good thing. Engi, both in attack and defense, has a sphere of influence; battle engineer is simply more dynamic in it, but the basic idea of area denial is still there. He stops players from being able to mindlessly flank his team, that’s mainly the point of engineer. Engineer isn’t meant to be a frag class that gets a god-like kill streak, in general, engineer is a “control” class. He makes a safe spot where enemy Roamers (such as scout, soldier, demo) have a hard time ambushing the team, makes players use resources such as medic Uber or Conch, it incentivized a dynamic flow of team coordination between the two teams.

I started to play battle engi days ago too but I was using Frontier Justice, any advice?
@coolguysupb61842 жыл бұрын
If you can’t aim hop off the frontier and feed shotgun kills off the damage your mini already does
@newguy8288 Жыл бұрын
Normal shotgun is for more consistent, immediate damage I’d say. If you can hit meat shots stock is a pretty good pick, but if you’re confident in not missing those crits the frontier justice is also pretty great (specially with the factor that you can trick the enemy and only pull out your crits last second)
