Alright, it's my headcannon that Kakashi decks out Naruto's living room in full Christmas cheer on Anbu duty just so the boy could believe in Christmas. And when Naruto freaks out about someone breaking into his house and putting a tree and gifts in his living room, he asks Shikamaru and Choji. Choji says it's Santa clause and Shikamaru is hesitantly agreeing. And this is how Naruto knows and celebrates Christmas.
