I agree, but in my opinion, Kishimoto didn't honor Obito as a villain. I see Obito as a gold bar with a very high value, but that has been scattered. He was an "okay" villain, but I don't think he lived up to his true potential as a villain. For me, he was more like an anti-hero/villain, a compromise in that sense. Unfortunately, the author did not give the character its due value. Not when he was an innocent and immature child and not as an adult.

Forgive me for the long text, but I needed to vent a little about this character with so much wasted potential. In my opinion, Kishimoto didn't honor Obito as a villain. For me, Uchiha Obito is my favorite character in the Naruto franchise. However, I can clearly see that his potential has been totally wasted. He could have been a truly memorable villain, Madara-level or even Darth Vader-level, but apparently Kishimoto didn't want to put too much value on that character. I see Obito as a gold bar with a very high value, but that has been scattered. He was an "okay" villain, but I don't think he lived up to his true potential as a villain. A truly good villain is not only guaranteed by his powers, but also by his deeds and his sinister aura. Madara had power, he was feared and no one dared speak his name, but Obito? He could have created his own fame as a villain, but unfortunately, that's not what happened. He was more like an anti-hero/villain, a compromise in that sense. Unfortunately, the author did not give the character its due value. Not when he was an innocent and immature child and not as an adult. In my opinion, Obito is very similar to Darth Vader, and Kishimoto could very well have been inspired by Obito's powers and history to develop his version as a villain. I couldn't quite like Obito's accomplishments as a villain. Madara was something excellently well developed, but the villainous Obito had stratospheric potential to be one of the best villains in the Naruto franchise. I had high expectations for him when I saw that he was the masked ninja, however, my expectations were quite dashed by seeing what the author decided to do with the character during the final arc of the war. He hasn't shown himself to be as threatening a REAL threat as Madara. If I had the responsibility of improving Obito as a villain, I would have developed a villainous arc just for him to develop his powers, create and develop his fame around the world and become a villain of respect. Feared, wanted and powerful. People might like Kakashi more due to his genius and "natural gifts", but, no one stops to think that Obito had much more natural gifts and potential than Kakashi in just about everything. Obito had kekkei genkai, he had the biologically natural ability to awaken the sharingan and the mangekyou sharingan (eternal), he could use susano'o, he had izanagi and izamami, he had formidable genjutsus, he could copy several types of jutsus, anticipate movements, see the chakra flow of his enemies, he could use and evolve susano'o, he could become intangible and travel through dimensions, in short, Uchiha Obito was undeniably more powerful than Hatake Kakashi, and in that I'm absolutely sure! But even the Obito vs Kakashi fight was treated with disdain. Instead of them going full power against each other, to see Obito's long-awaited victory against Kakashi, we only saw a remake of the same fight they fought in childhood, but remade in a version of both adults. And it honestly makes me really sad to know that Obito was treated with such disrespect by the author. Not only that, but couples were also treated very randomly by the author. The best Naruto couple, in my opinion, would be Obito and Rin (ObiRin). Play the part 2, please! I'm going to subscribe to your channel to receive the contents of the reactions of the Minato team reacting to Obito, because few gachatubers do well-produced reactions. In part 2, put Obito declaring war, a bit of the 4th ninja war, Obito becoming the jinchuuriki of the 10 tails, the fight between Obito vs Kakashi, in short, select the best scenes of Obito! Including the scene of Obito and Rin's reunion in the afterlife. I think it would be interesting for you to also do an Obito as Darth Vader, I think it would match very well! Taking the scenes from the series "Obi-Wan Kenobi", you know? Making Obito as Darth Vader and Obi-Wan Kenobi as Kakashi "during the war".
