Just hold n pull .... doing huii huii huii n moving your body makes you lose breathing momentum ... also lifting one legs means loosing foot grip ....completely womt work tgis strategy.. just see the moment they do hui hui ... they loose at the start they maintain there position ... doing hui hui .... u loose the grip on rope .... change strategy .... just observe the most strength you apply when u do that hui hui hui .... n at that time your one leg is above ground .... u pull standing on both feet .. see the ending last pull .... that was much better .... pull standing on both feet ..... also if u can defend n tire out the opponent first ...... change strategy with each pull according to opponent strategy .....
