Walking up and down the hills is a vry good excersize I stayed in the hills so I kno transport is scarce wo one has to walk for hours til you get transport but Walking is the best excersize for the body and keeps one healthy and strong....

@@Forever3718sAgreed with you on this, so many people repeating the same thing. Who's cooking, how many times they cook, who washes dishes, Sarmila is tired because she cooked non stop, so many people eating and staying...etc. Same whining all the time. These people know what they're doing. Diwaaz can build 4-5 houses at once and sponsor the entire expenses,does it look like he can't afford to pay for 20 people meals? He has done a lot for the people there, I'm very sure these people or Sarmila will be glad they could do something for Diwaaz too when he needed any kind of assistance when necessary. It's normal to help each other. If old woman like me can still cook few dishes for 10-20 people alone, these young moms certainly can do more.
