It’s an mr16 hd you can buy them online or try to find a popped one at a tire shop any inner tube will work but more like motorcycle or smaller car type inner tubes are the best stay away from semi truck tubes

Great question Brad it’s so when you wrap your rope around your saddle horn it doesn’t slide
