Hey Dru. Thank you so much for all your help. Because of you, I bought my first rope from your rope review. And I just bought a roping dummy. But I have a really dumb question, please don’t laugh. Why does everyone put those “head/horn wraps” on a dummy…….? Does the rope wear down the dummy, or wear out the rope faster. Thanks for any help.

What kind of rope are you using? I have a soft nylon and I can't get it to stay open for a butterfly or anything else. Thanks.
