Shahveer is correct I've studied in Japanese school for nine and a half years. they prioritize physical health so much, we used to have PE almost everyday. fitness test every three times in a year, marathon during winter, jump-road contests, sports day, clubs, etc. Also, in Japan, from grade 7-12, it is mandatory in many schools for students to be in a sports club. They train a lot even during holidays. they don't care how hot or cold outside is, students show up at 7am and go home around 5pm even during summer breaks, winter breaks, and spring breaks. And I hope every country should consider applying this Japanese concept because physical health of students are overlooked in many countries.

Nap time culture is in Chinese kindergarten, I am English teacher in kindergarten here, kids come to school by 8am and go back home by 5pm(as in china both mother and father have to work, so they pick their kids after they got off from there work at 5:00pm). 12:30-2:30 is there nap time. They sleep for 2 hours and then do other activities when they woke up in the afternoon
