Ok but remember acp o police officers jib is to protect and serve the citizen public and guests of a country. Its nitvtheur job to be knowledgeable of public faces or celebrities. Froome is kniwn in cycling and sometimes in the wider community but not at the same level as a tv or movie person. I think froome should've taken it in his stride.

It’s great Team Sky have sent Froome to work for Egan Bernal at Tour Columbia. But more so, it’s very very savvy. Sky understands there is a wealth of classy cyclists coming out of Columbia these days - good recruitment strategy. Froome - as he’ll be sharing leader duties with G at the tour this year, doesn’t hurt to cultivate inner team ally in Bernal, Henao and Sosa. And, that 2000 meter racing makes for great training.

One thing for sure : cycling in Colombia is like futbol (soccer) in Argentina or Brazil. Pure passion!, Glad to see Colombia hosting a cycling international event that is growing in recognition while bringing world class cyclists to compete against the local "escarabajos".

A couple of years ago before Chris came to Colombia for the first time, we were always hoping Nairo to beat him either in el Giro, La Vuelta or Le Tour, now that he has visited our country at least twice, we see him with different eyes and everybody is talking about him, everybody around is saying "FROOM IS HERE" and that's awesome!
