I caught a cold cus I played volleyball outside ( I live in NY and it was like 40 deg) so I haven’t played since thanksgiving 🤨 feel better now so it’s indoor only from now on ! At least I get to watch some high level play. Can’t wait to play this Friday. Also if someone lives in Long Island lmk where you play!

Coach can u do a video on how 13-15 year olds can set effectively? When the receive is too high and i try to set it, it hurts my fingers and makes the set inaccurate. Can u please do a video on how to fix this? Thanks

usually middles are mostly for distraction but yeah I think they didnt play together before so its hard to build a synergy

Quick question: when tall ones score point 10 at around 4:19 isn't the hitter fouling since he jump attack after crossing the line? I'm still a beginner, just wanted to make sure, thank you coach

Its kida complicated, but the the outside hitter that hit the ball at this time maker was still in the front row, he just pulled back to receive the serve. At 4:26 everyone who is in behind the attack line is the considered "Back row" players if that helps to understand the rotations better.
