hey ptp i just started collecting again recently i mainly collected back during base set - neo genesis so far i've only purchased a lost thunder booster box and preordered a team up booster box. I've decided with each set i will only buy 1 booster box and maybe the occasional loose pack / tin / elite trainer box but im curious how the rotations for cards work for this game is it at a certain time of year cards rotate out of standard or does it rotate by set like x y, sun and moon etc.

Usually sets rotate out of the Standard Format after 2 years, every August is the rotation.

Unfortunately no, online is your best bet, but you have to stay very active looking for deals, they always go super fast.

Hey, can you or anyone else please help me out? I'm wondering if you can feel the texture on the FAs from this set. I got a booster box yesterday and both the textured cards were hardly textured at all, which seems to be a common thing with team up, but I'm wondering if mine are worse than average and if I should get replacements for my collection.
