Just an FYI, Combos are made by M&M/Mars which a lot of different products besides candy. Another interesting thing to me is that Mars is in their name twice, because the M&M stands for Mars & Murray. Murray was the son of the president of Hershey at the time.

In case you somehow see this -- in the summer of 2001(?), my friends and I bumped into you in a Taco Bell in Westchester County (in the parking lot of a movie theater) on a Fri night as you were headed away for the weekend (with I believe your now wife). We all joked about the food, and you were extremely gracious and friendly, taking photos with each of us. It was such a nice run-in, and 20 years later, this episode brought that distant memory back. I just hope the tacos didn't destroy your weekend away.

I once watched a documentary about how snack foods are developed. They were creating a "combo-like" extruded snack & they isolated the chemical that gives cheddar cheese it's flavor. Because the chemical occurs in nature, they were able to label it as "natural flavor"

Natural Flavors are bad bad news. There is zero oversight or regulations as to what the companies can mix together to create the "flavor." Our chemist at work showed us and broke it down for us, and the companies can literally put anything, and I mean anything, in the product to create the flavor.
