Great video, love Laurie, but whoever makes these thumbnails has completely lost the plot. "CONAN CRASHES" means absolutely nothing to anybody. The thumbnail text should obviously be "Laurie Kilmartin". These thumbnails are actively working against the algorithm and ultimately bringing in less and less viewers. Someone needs to be fired.

The person who creates these thumbnails has absolutely lost the plot. Excellent video; adore Laurie. Nobody understands what "CONAN CRASHES" means, since it isn't even a whole sentence. Clearly, "Laurie Kilmartin" should be the text in the thumbnail. These thumbnails are deliberately undermining the algorithm, which ultimately results in a decline in viewership. Someone must be let go.

Hey Conan do you think the Boston marathon bombing was because you got heralded and the greatest legal hero in the history of mankind son didn’t you know the bombing happened on 415 right or 4AE for American Eagle and you just have to figure it’s a salty situation possible giving the bottom of the class class clown from Harvard, more heralding than the son of the greatest legal hero in the history of mankind that paved the way for legal marijuana. How many bombings on 415 in Boston will it take for you to see the connection Conan? I know you have this quest to be the next, Matthew McConaughey Conan problem is people see through that and they end up attacking innocent people in the world instead of Harvard.
