I absolutely LOVE Sona. She, like Conan, has absolutely no shame in front of the camera, but it comes out in a different way. She is 100% authentic and seems to forget that she's on national television, about to be seen in front of millions of people. Whereas Conan uses that time to ham it up, she uses that time to complain and not even attempt to put up any kind of pretense about how she feels. If she hates something, camera or no camera, you better believe she won't filter her words, whatsoever. I think that's one reason Conan has been so close with her for so long, and puts her on the show so much. He likes honesty and can find the humor in someone who can't NOT be themselves at all times. They're the perfect duo, because he knows he can always act like a complete fool, and she will never laugh out of pity or let it slide if she thinks he's being completely unfunny. Conan's ability to build these kinds of dynamics onscreen is part of what makes him a literal genius.
