May Subaru XV din ako. Early adapter. I had the 2012 version. Tama ka sa CVT, pero mine was worse. CVT failure on the 5th year. Not covered na ng warranty. Spent close to 100k to fix. Sold it out of disgust. Palugi talaga. Sayang. Nice to drive pero bad experience considering legendary ang brand.

Very interesting. Brand new,on 5th year?? Had my 2012 Crostrek & it’s on 89 000 mileage. Am planning to change my CVT probably next year. It would be first.

Un subaru bayaw ko nabili ng 1.8k nun 2014 now naibenta ng 400k lang, sabi ng kapatid ko na nasa Buy and sell mababa talaga resale value nila, even in america ganun din daw sabi nun isang bayaw ko.

Nice review. Please check BYD 2nd gen battery that will come next year. That will be more mileage. You may wait to that 2nd gen before you buy another car and make review like this. 😁

@@jgp4227 i don't see why not. The good thing is, you'll get used to driving high mileage but pay less in gas, and at the same time lessen your contribution to air pollution.

Same lang, the SL6 feels colder probably because its new, the XV was a 2018 model but complaints i like its ac. I would say pareho lang.

Hindi lang naman ganun ka responsive yung cvt as I want it to be. Wala naman major.

@@TeamDyTV Youve mentioned since you have the car for a year, i did hear you giving a tip that it should be 5-6 000 km change oil. Mine i just changed its oil every 10 000 km with casa oil…never had a problem. Very interesting to hear…Subaru has the best CVT. It’s so reliable together with their engine reaches 500-700 000 km easily.

Been there, done that, idol. Sobrang lakas sa gas at ang mahal ng maintenence ng Subaru. Konti lang rin gumagawa na third party, tulad ng Moducare at Fusion R, pero mahal parin. Tapos iba pa singil ng mekaniko dahil Subaru. Sobrang mahal rin, spare parts kahit yung mga nasa Shopee. Never again.

@@daneurope9167 just to be clear, yung sakin hindi lang ako masaya sa performance ng cvt, ganun lang talaga sya pero hindi sira. Yung sa engine oil naman, basta on time ang pag change wala rin problem. Ibang model yung sa comments ng ibang viewers natin. So baka ibang issue yung sa kanila.
