BYD should give you some commendation (monetary or otherwise), because instead of them proving SL6's capability down south you did that yourself and in a real world and uncontrolled scenario pa. With both people and cargo load all running through zig-zagging highway, potholes, river crossing, slow traffic and all - SL6 would surely make doubters into believers. Oh and to highlight as well is yung great after sales support ni BYD na kahit sa province meron. Only downside nyan eh hahaba lalo waiting period sa mga buyers dahil surely dadami mga converts willing to buy SL6 or other models after this video. As always, galing ng summary and very well explained in a logical manner. Kudos sir!

Sir, No need to install a third party dashcam. May naka abang na po na daschcam cable in the ADAS assembly behind the rear view mirror. You just need to buy the byd OEM dashcam itself and connect it. The good thing about it is, once installed, the BYD software will recognize the dashcam and install it as a new app in the BYD infotainment system.

Marhay na aldaw tabi. Glad you came across our channel and ejoyed watching. The DM-i tech of the SL6 will not allow you to run purely on gas. It's either pure EV or HEV. When the battery SOC (state of charge) reaches 25%, it will automatically shift to HEV. The ICE will start charging the battery intermittently until SOC reaches 70%. To prolong battery life and as part of battery-care and maintenance, it is advised to charge the battery to 100% once in a while.
