They have similar damage just upgrade both Although the 1st skills has better (magic scalling) so if your running a full magic attack build id recomend upgrading the first skill first but for a cool down build upgrade 2nd first since the cd gets lowered from 14 -> 12 then to 7 (because of ult) plus some cd reduction and you end up with 6 - 5 cd for 2nd which is really good for teamfights

As an Xavier main , it's the late game that I get to shine the most and the easiest is when the enemies gang themselves up near turrets..... Cc them continuously and spam ultimately..... Unless there is a good assassin

Its easier Technically mythical honor is mythic 3 Earlier for mythic 3 you needed 20 wins atleast from mythic 5 but now all you need is 10 wins to reach mythical honour. Also, you lose and gain 1 star only means losing to lower rank doesn't make you lose many points
