Isn't there already enough evidence of alien life on Mobius? I mean, the chaos emeralds are radioactive, the Black arm, and Shadow is a straight up alien. It's even been confirmed by the comics that aliens had infected the human race with radiation prior to Mobius' creation, and those humans would turn into the anthropomorphic characters we know today.

Number 1# he's a lot faster than humans so it wouldn't have took him too much for him to get past all the security guards and eventually get through the door also don't forget he's been in the desert before so it's going to take a lot for the desert heat really gets to him unlike actual human , 2# human error when it came to making the final boss to keep him from escaping notice dr. Robotnik was captured so they try to use part of his technology we all know how that ends up not being good , also note that wasn't the better version of Metal Sonic that Doctor Robotnik did they just thought to beef up one of his older versions didn't work out .
