Back when I was in junior highschool, I'm not the typical student who reads books or short stories. Especially my final year in junior, our topic in English was about literatures, greek myths to be exact. But since my friend is fast-learner when it comes to reading. I always ask her to summarize it and listen. And now that I am in college, I really have a hard time reading books, stories, articles and many more. And that's the disadvantage of not reading, so thumbs up po ate Lyqa, thanks for your videos. Hoping for more videos. Godbless.

I used to hate reading! Hahahahaha Not until I had this college classmate who really enjoys reading novels during free time. Nainggit lang ako kasi she seems very happy reading novels (suspense and crime novels) so I went to Booksale and the rest is history! :) Reading and understanding what you read are very important. Naudyok niya akong basahin ang Twilight Saga. Tapos ayon, kapag nagbabasa na ako ng english novelS may kasama talaga akong dictionary. Kaya ngayon kapag may nakikita akong libro naglalaway na ako. Parang chocolate na siya sakin. Hehe

Wala kong bilib non sa sarili ko, pero I remember nung 2nd yr HS ako napili ako ng English teacher ko para mailaban sa reading comprehension nung english month namin noon. Ilang days din need lumaban. Di ko inexpect na sa lahat ng participants from 20 ata yun nakaabot ako hanggang sa last round. Sobrang saya kahit di nakaakyat ng stage. Tapos ilang days ko rin kasama/kalaban yung crush ko nun, chariz. Ended up 5th place tas si crush 3rd place. 🥺☺️

Sana nung highschool ako meron na nito, super cool mo po magturo. Ako yung tipong nagbabasa pero tamad. Sa wattpad go ako pero sa libro inaantok na ko. Nung nag college na ako, nahawa ako sa mga classmates ko na mahilig magbasa ng novels, napilitan nung una hanggang sa na-fall na ko haha. Exchange novels ang peg namin, hiram dito hiram duon. Sadly, natigil yon, na fell out of love ika nila kaya aminado ako na kulang or mahina pa rin yung reading comprehension ko especially sa mga books na related sa batas. Sa ngayon pinipilit ko na makapagbasa ng mga english articles kahit papano. Kapag sobrang lalim ng english, ready na si google at dictionary pero madalas nahihilo na ko pag di na kaya ng utak ko. Take one step at a time, na inspired po ako dahil sa pagturo niyo kaya uunti-untiin ko po lalong matuto. Godbless you ❤
