Looks to me like she was abusing the ladder at least in the first match, so that she could sit on it but nobody could actually get on to knock her off without a projectile. And yes, afk farming is reportable (inactivity is a category on the in game report) it's also why ubisoft cranked the screws on the afk kick timer a while back.

it doesn't even work well. the game rewards your exp based on your score and actions.

I'm just gonna assume they recognized your tag and intentionally threw or the alternative when a bot pops up, the team immediately throws cause they know they aren't going to win point wise which sucks to be honest (especially when your on that team.......)
