This TeamProjectPan has inspired me to give project panning a go! I did a massive makeup declutter before Christmas and found some products I want to target. For the sake of keeping me accountable (since I don't have a KZbin or Instagram or anything), I'm going to share my products that I'm trying to pan here. 1. Physician's Formula Healthy Foundation (the shade I have is a hair light for me so I want to focus on it during the winter and hopefully get through it by the time spring rolls around) 2. Benefit's Goof Proof Brow Pencil (chose this because recently I've been more into just using brow gel and calling it a day, so I want to use up this brow pencil and then I'll feel free to just live my best Bow Brow life haha) 3. Urban Decay's Perversion eyeliner (it's an okay eyeliner and I don't hate using it, but I want to get it out of my collection so I can relax and enjoy other liners I like better) 4. Maybelline's Fit Me blush in Rose (the staying power of this blush is pretty bad but the color is nice on me so I'm just trying to use it up so I can move onto blush formulas that I enjoy more) 5. NYX's Intense Butter Gloss in Tres Leches (I have a million nudey pink colors in my collection and like the formula, but I'm just trying to start using up the crazy amount of nudey pinks that I own) 6. Lancome's Monsier Big Mascara (it's a solid everyday mascara, and I just want to be sure that I get all the use out of it that I can before it dries out!) It's not a full face, but it's pretty well rounded. I knew I would hate trying to pan eyeshadow because I like the freedom to choose whatever eyeshadow I feel like on a particular day, so no eyeshadow for me in this project pan. And I decided that every quarter I'm going to switch out a face color product. So I'm using the blush right now, but next quarter I might switch it out for a bronzer or highlighter. So I'll only have one from that category that I'm trying to pan at any given time.

I love the project pan chat as not only am I making more effort to use what I have, it stops me spending unnecessarily on products I love and used to stock up on when they're on sale when I can easily use something that's just OK. You guys are awesome! ✌

I started my project pan and I'm loving it. I'm not posting it anywhere, but having the plan is really helping me to wear makeup more often and feel better about not letting all the pretty things I own sit and expire. I'm marking how many times I use things too by filling in grid squares and that is very motivating!

I’m always trying to finish product... This year I’m trying to finish : - Korres mattifying pomegranate primer - love it, but it’s getting old - my foundations are both new -a mini Nars radiant creamy concealer that’s a tiny bit light - L’Oréal infallible setting powder (I’m halfway done) -mini love flush blush in love hangover - I have worn away the TF -mini Becca opal highlighter... I have baby pan in it already -benefit goof proof brow pencil ... because it’s too fat, and I’d rather use a tinted gel -MAC’s Syrup ... I’m 2/3 done ... my setting spray is new

Hi! Just watched you for the first time. I like the concept of using and enjoying the beauty products that you have. I do not have much but I have accumulated some. I have had a major move and packed my older makeup into boxes. It is still there in my garage along with just about all of my clothing. Been there for three years. That's my project pan. But I know if you don't use the things you have, they go bad. Too many influencers have way too many palettes. It's obscene. What happens when they are too old to safely use? Thousands of dollars wasted. I am going to subscribe to you and follow your progress. Good luck in 2019.

To be honest I never buy lots of make up and do try to pan what I already have! Still I'm amazed that it takes you a year to get through a blush. I have one for the past 4 years (which I wear in rotation with a bronzer) that I naven't hit pan yet!!

I did exactly the same the other day and had a good declutter, then swapped out bits from my make-up bag with items I decided to pan. I'm also doing the same with the lip colours and have put all my exciting ones (all my MAC and some lime crime, a J* and other brands) in a tin to pick one to use every month. I have a lot of facial items to pan, plus I'm inspired by your palette a month so pulled out a couple (Viseart matte nude palette and ABH prism) to start using up. I'm shopping my stash, I was so shocked how many similar coloured items I had I just need to pan pan pan! Totally in on #teamprojectpan and found some long lost beauties in the process! Panning some fragrance too starting with Burberry Weekend which I've thrown in my work bag to use daily.

I'd put the Laneige eye mask in the fridge and use it as a nice de-puffer for those hot days, and early mornings 😊

I used up all my setting sprays and face sprays by using it to wet my sponge. Especially sprays I didn’t absolutely love it helped me go through them faster than if I was just spraying my face

Yeah if I used them all over the lid they would be easy to use. But using them as an inner corner highlighter it takes a lot longer :P

I used up one of those highlighting powder + bronzer duos that was a bit dark by mixing the brightening powder with the contour to lighten the shade during the winter. :) May help you use up both sides or get through the bronzer faster.

i tried project panning a mac highlighter (i think the mineralize skinfinish in lightscapade) and just fell in love with it all over again. also failed to even make much of a dent in it, because those are so full of product it's amazing. i've given up on panning it, but that's okay, because it's gorgeous and i'm happy to keep it! can't wait to watch ur panning journey this year, i enjoyed last year's so this is fun! and also: your makeup looks gorgeous, i love the purple with copper/gold in the inner corners!

I am keeping all my panning projects in a make up box, so that I use it instead of my other things. I also decided to follow Hannah from smokey glow in her 1 palette for a week. Not to necessarily pan my palettes, but to make sure I am using them all. I love this whole idea!
