Yeah for characters who can use a lot of subs ,aka EM and Atk/HP with crit, below 33- 35 subs is like kinda whatever......if they use er as well, push that up to 38-40. On something like a Neuvellete or Xiao who basically have only hp/atk and crit, 30-32 is like what generally is aimed for as a baseline. Obviously you never need artifacts of this quality,but a lot of us just play the game like that.

Ganyu melt is my main team, since i pulled for her in 3.1 (or 3.0 idk) i played her first with kokomi and venti since i got them both and that was the time i started actualy playing the game She evolved a lot as my main, i now play her with aqua, emilie and mavuika and im loving that team, absolutely, cleared this abyss with no real problem also

​@@corpshuI think i can help you, my fav non shielded team is Ganyu (WTroupe) Benny(instructor) kazuha(vv) Nahida (ToM + TTds). My main tips would be to keep a bit of range when you Q on benny an go a bit forward when you Q with kazuha to have a diff radius that allows more flexibility. Also when you are towards an ennemy it will trigger his atk pattern so start to charge atk but walk back. If you struggle or dont have the units xilonen c1 could be the go to option( her c2 is too so it could be worth goung for

@corpshu this abyss was fairly easy on the first half for that part, no real shield needed, but when I have problems with that I usually just try to optimize my rotations based on the enemy The plan is to sneak in some CAs and keep in mind that sometimes you'll have to either take hits or avoid them, so optimal rotations maybe won't work but you'll have to be smart about it, playing for so long with ganyu made this easier but sometimes I still need one so I use dehya, kirara isn't c4

Those are really solid teams, Yama boss is also my favorite test subject. I've recently picked up Ganyu after watching some of your videos, I'm impressed by your Ganyu, she is now also in one of my top teams. I've replaced Xianling with Mavuika in my team and I'm finding it more fun, you can melt both Ganyu's charged attacks and Mavuika's burst which is huge, the team has pretty good synergy that's not spoken of, the only struggle I found is double scrolling pyro and cryo with Xilonen (the team is Ganyu, Mavuika, Bennett, Xilonen where you use Mavuika skill after her burst so you will get 6 procs at least). I also play Neuvilette hyper but recently I've switched over to Neuvilette, Furina, Mavuika and Xilonen. Her burst really adds a lot of frontload to the team and her skill vapes do non negligible damage. Another team I really enjoy is Kinich burgeon teams with Bennett, Mavuika and Furina, although I couldn't try it on the Yama boss, I can confidently say it's among my top teams as well. I've also enjoyed Mavuika's overload teams over her melt and vaporize teams, it's actually quite good and a breath of fresh air due to how straight-forward and f2p-friendly it is. Lastly, one of my top teams surprisingly is Childe International, I think it's the only low cost team (Childe, Xianling, Bennett, Sucrose) in my roster that can actually one rotate the Yama boss, which is crazy since the team's greatest strength is in AoE content and my builds are not even near top 5%. I have tried his Mavuika teams, it's just as good as XL teams or even better due to the frontload. I've seen quite a lot of alternatives for the team in Natlan with Xilonen and Citlali where you can double scroll which is quite huge because of the longer uptime on the bonus and the shred and with Citlali's C2 being even more broken than C2 Kazuha, outside of grouping. The characters that I do feel is bit underwhelming in my account even with above average investment is Wanderer, Ayaka, Keqing, Yelan and Raiden. I really liked Raiden before Fontaine because the abyss dps ceilings weren't that high so I've enjoyed her national and hyperbloom teams a lot. As the ceiling rose, it feels kinda average or underwhelming most of the times (I'm comparing it to my top teams). Wanderer is also in a similar position, his teams do not have any frontload whatsoever, even slotting in Mavuika made it feel as if it's better I on-field Mavuika in his team. Keqing felt great in her premium teams but again I'm not finding her up to par. Yelan is still good but most teams I use don't need her or easily replaceable by better options. Ayaka is just sad at this point, they really went anti-freeze and I don't have Shenhe, so she feels quite terrible without her ideal conditions, starting to feel more like Venti and Nilou position now.

I also play Raiden/Chev/Sara/XL, I really enjoy Sara rotations to double buff Raiden and XL. I'm of the opinion that Raiden recharge is a large advantage to that specific composition, wheras Clorinde should use Fischl/Mavuika instead. Your Navia team is also my Navia team. Navia is a character who has grown on me a lot.

Always great to see the teams others use. Nahida is pretty much locked into one side for me in every abyss: nahida c2, zhongli c2 (first c2 I got and it was 100% due to co-op with my friend who had c2 and I wanted to give him the option to play other characters), ayato, kuki (on key, the other time I pulled on the weapon banner but I was hoping for jade cutter and xiphos/wandering evenstar and favs... figured key would be fine though). It is my comfort team that works everywhere. My furina team (she's also c2) now has mavuika in the flex spot with jean and neuvillette. Flex spot goes between fischl, zhongli, and now citlali. When I get xilonen (had to skip first banner to make sure I could get mavuika) then I'll have to decide what to do. Other main teams I'm running are mavuika, citlali, flex, and bennett and kinich, emilie, flex, mavuika. Then I've got raiden international. I finally got c6 chevreuse so I was going to finally build my c6 sara who took forever to get.

We share quite a few characters, like Mualani, Hu Tao, Ayaka, Navia, etc but I mostly play other team variants With Mualani I do Citlali, Xiangling, Collei and that's quite nice, and with Navia I run Furina, Sigewinne, Chiori. I can tell my Bennett Furina and Bennett Xiangling teams do better, but I like Sigewinne and enjoy playing her, plus the team is extremely comfortable. I do also like to clear every single abyss with Kokomi mono hydro, Klee mono pyro, and Ayaka. With Ayaka I mostly play the Shenhe, Kazuha, Kokomi team, but sometimes I'll run Furina, Shenhe/Charlotte, Jean/Kazuha. With her regular team and furina variants I've managed to clear nearly every single lineup since 3.0 (when I finished building my very first Ayaka team). I get a ton of fun out of figuring out how to get Ayaka through abyss even when hoyo is doing nothing to help cryo do well with the lineups they choose.

That Navia - Sigewinne - Furina - Chiori comp is literally my favourite and strongest comp rn! Love to see someone else use it! ❤ Defo my favourite team I ever came up with. It just feels so ridiculously smooth to rotate through the team. I love sigewinne alot though so I built her for damage, her burst does some pretty hefty damage during it's short duration. For Ganyu, I prefer her with Mavuika, Nahida and Xilonen. Takes out enemies just as fast without a circle and has a free Nuke button thanks to Mavuika's burst. My Mavuika also uses an R2 WGS ho, so that's another team-wide buff occasionally.

Keqing\Nilou\Hutao - surprisingly does not use xiangling or bennet. Wriothesley - I usually play on freeze but works well with melt too. 35 & 36 recent abyss substituted xiangling to pyro traveler for nightsoul trigger.

The only real team in which I've been using Xiangling with Keqing is overload, it's pretty solid but the cooldowns don't line up very well so it's a bit weird to play (and as for Bennet, he can be played with Keqing in a hypercarry team but huh, mine is at C6 so the pyro infusion ruins it lol). In this team I could maybe replace XL with pyro traveler, but idk, it doesn't sound that great either. I'd have to test it once my Traveler's Cinder City build gets actually good My Nilou is C6 so I've been playing her with Xiangling in a forward vape team, pretty good as well but that's the only Nilou/XL team I can think of. Here pyro traveler just can't provide nearly enough pyro unfortunately, even XL can struggle a bit and Hu Tao + Xiangling is really not all that great yeah, it's ok but nothing crazy

Yup. Xilonen Q basically puts the dps by the end of the rotation for a very small gain. Talking on that Furina should be kicked for mona and Xilonen for Citlali.

Hi jaime, i have a pretty well invested Rational team(c0 raiden) but heard people say overload chevy is better for raiden, tried it and it just preforms significantly worse. My chevy doesnt have c6 fyi. Any suggestions if you also belive raiden overload to be better ? Since i just dont seem to be able to make it work

if your raiden national has been farmed for years and well invested, you could still get better results out of familiarity. plus its easier and simpler to play. i still play raiden national on stream for many viewers helping them clear abyss

Is C1 or R1 more of an upgrade for Mualani? This may be difficult to answer so feel free to ignore, but do you think the Mualani ceiling team is "completed." E.G., Xianyun and Furina "completed" the Xiao exodia team, Kinich was always waiting on a Natlan partner who fits in his team and can hold Scroll (Mav) since he can't benefit from VV, etc. To put it another way, which slot in her ceiling team is the weak link and is one where you can easily see them getting replaced. I thought it was XL since she doesn't buff (other than with Instructor) or do anything other than apply pyro, but I don't think they plan on releasing a XL power creep anymore, so...

How would Jean fare in the Ganyu Melt team compared to Xiangling? If it's a shieldless close range team anyway, wouldn't it be better since then you can get VV on top of Xilonen's shred and Sunfire should still allow for Melting everything? *copium* And Jean's C2 movement SPD buff surely allows to dodge attacks better while charging

sunfire is decent idea in theory but terrible in practice due to jeans poor uptime, big energy issues and small range. you can try it if you like though

@@jamiekb9v The abyss when Emilie came out I ran sunfire emilie and it worked great. No energy issues although it is possible that was due to triple fav and emilie's signature which is the only sig I've pulled for. Just possibly. (xiangling who is 100000x better with fav than the pain of playing her without, jean, and bennet all in fav). Floor 12 is the only place where you actually need really need real teams and the range is not an issue there. I'll never understand people who go Bennett! Bennett! Bennett! and then claim that sunfire is an issue specifically with range. If Bennett is fine to play in terms of range than sunfire is fine to play. Full stop.

@@grizzledsentinel4691 it is a bit different since you just need to stand in bennetts burst, meaning stuff like xianglings pyronado or kazuha burst can extend out of that range, widening the circle so to speak. with sunfire you and the enemy need to be in it which can be more restrictive. but happy to hear you made it work! 👍

@@jamiekb9v Main DPS has always been tied to the circle so I view it as the same. I think the copium when it comes to Bennett gameplay is super high amongst players. It is super restrictive. I feel like in 90% of Floor 12 chambers though, it doesn't make a difference. Obviously I can make better teams though so it doesn't matter all that much. Just fun to play occasionally.

For me it's the other way around, I never liked Hu Tao that much solely because of her outfit (I never really understood what so many people liked about it either). But her new skin single-handedly made me play her so much, that she might as well be my actual main which is pretty crazy lol

Bennet is the 1# character in the game. This is always true unless you consider vertical investement. c0 xilonen < c6 bennet unless in the future you get xilonen c2r1.

So you are also not completly about Mavuika as a sub dps because you still use Xiangling for many teams. Well even for Navia I still prefers Furina, Bennett and Xilonen or double hydro with Xilonen. I only really like playing Mavuika as a sub dps for Chasca and in the overworld.
