I actually really liked the fun fact you included about the design behind the archetype. Even if the overall design of them being robot birds of prey is fairly obvious, I never knew strix was a specific genus of owl for example. Would actually love to see you do this for your deck breakdowns going forward. Maybe the fun fact could be the design like you did for this or maybe a lore fact (example: Kashtira, Tearlaments, and Scareclaw are all part of a story around Visas).

​@lemonlair2508 In the first combo, use Rank up to make Rank 13, then use its effect to copy Rank 7 (by detaching the Rank 7), and then summon 1 from deck if you want. Then use Heel to recycle Rank up and set it. On opponent's turn you have Rank 10, Rank 13, and an Strix that will be turned into Rank 13 again, so you end on 3 towers, board wipe, and a Hot Red effect (target anything and negate)

A thing that could be really good it would be recommendations of replacement cards or cards that could help the deck to fight in general details besides the common staples like solemn judgement or nibiru and such, because I had this problem when I was building my Voiceless voice deck, is that I couldn't find a great sinergy of cards with I had in hand, like I've spent likely 15000 gems on this pack and hardly got the Voi/voice, they gave me fish like I had a deficit of Omega 3, I had to improvise with 5 or 6 cards of the albaz/dogmatika series to make the deck and still have trouble fighting

The only miss play you had when you were showing the combo is by making it so Raiders Knight and Brave Strix are in the grave you can use Raidraptors force to xyz summon Rising Rebellion on your turn. Then you can shuffle back Raidraptors Force with Heel Eagle set it again and shuffle back Heel Eagle with Roost.

Why? Because it made it possible to stop a snowballing one card combo, which the meta game is fking full of? Because it made it hard to secure a win on turn 1? Because it gave the guy going second a fking chance? It's obvious the game is broken to pieces if the only way to stop the opponent from setting up an unbreakable board on turn 1 is to draw 10-15 cards and top deck your hand traps.

I play a pure pure raid raptor deck with no hand traps and only raid raptor extra deck with the exception of raider and i definitely have a way different setup but end of with the same board, raidraptor ar so fun and almost always an instant dc from opponent

Also remember that if you end turn you can activate Ultimate Falcon's ability if there are no monsters on the opponents side of the field you can deal 1000 damage to opponent if they have monsters on the field you can lower your opponents monsters attack by 1000

Genuinely curious is getting into yugioh competitively a good idea? Like even going to locals or something? I hear a lot of talk how people don’t like the way yugioh is played today and many people have quit because of it. It just seems jarring to someone who really likes master duel but is curious about playing in person.

As a hobby? Absolutely you should play with your community for locals and maybe regionals. However pro players are upset mostly due to being sick of the meta format we are in as well as konami not making them feel wanted due to the crappy prizing for events. Hopefully the next banlist (this month) will hit a lot of problem cards that are making the meta so toxic and that will make people happier. However locals wise you are slightly less likely to see meta decks

Yup and d shifter, this deck is purely 2.0. But with cards that makes cards that i can't play the game like kali, day 1 when it came out i already dislike it and I rather watch 2hour combo and having a chance to play the game unlike this deck 2hour combo. no kaijus or d shifter is instant lose.
