I love challenging myself with this card, because my main deck is Superheavy Samurai and that fact that it does double dmg on def mode monsters makes me think of ways to beat it while staying in def mode.

Actually that is an easy answer and old card actually continuous spell called Limit Area level B(if I remember name correctly) forces all rank 4 and up monsters to defence position and if they are switched automatically puts them back. If you have a monster with just 100 attack you'll be able to kill Chaos Max with it. And since samurai monsters can attack from defense position,well I'm sure you get the rest lol

Shien’s spy works really well with impcantation chaos max. 0 def gives you an easy target and impcantations lock them out of their extra deck if your attack fizzles. It’s not searchable but it’s basically a free win if you do see it. Edit: it’s better than only trying to draw into iblee, doubles your chances.

That's why I always attack with Blue Eyes Tyrant Dragon it's funny how many times ppl think magical cylinder will negate the attack to do damage. Tyrant is like ya so what? Even in a chaos Max deck, I still run Jet Dragon and Tyrant. Also run called by the grave and triple tactics talent. It's absolutely hilarious your opponent thinking they are gonna ash melody of awakening dragon or Trade-In just to be booted by call of the grave then trigger triple tactics talent, they get a wasted card and I get 4 cards lol

how would you summon any of the synchro monsters? ash is the only tuner, were you running veiler and cut it at some point? all of the impcantations block out extra deck summon so your only material would be alternative or a tribute blue eyes youd need 8 + 1 (no clue how you were planning to make moonlight tho)

day 2 of asking you to do a video about the harpie archetype. After I watched your Rhongo/sales ban video I decided to try that with "harpie's pet phantasmal dragon" which prevents any of your harpie monsters, including itself, from being targeted with effects or for attacks but forces you to detach materials and it works the same way, it can't activate the detaching effect but your harpies are still protected. if you then protect phantasmal from being destroyed by untargeted effects, like with dimension guardian, or being tributed/super poly'd, like with magicalized duston mop, it literally can't be outed. I'm sure you could find a really consistent way to do that and probably better protections too. Phantasmal can even attack directly so your opponent can't turtle with high defense monsters.

As a Chaos Max player for many years now, she is such a epic card and I love her tons! So am always happy see the chaotic dragon goddess get some love. As for deck in the video here, well it is fine... but it is kinda noob level honestly. What is the Raigeki even for? Your goal in a Chaos Max deck is just to run the over monsters for max damage, the goal shouldn't be to destroy your opponent's monsters really. Meaning monster removal cards typically result as bricks & don't advance your game state. On that note I am not a big fan of lightning storm either as it'll be a dead card more often then not. Here are my suggestions. X3 Forbidden Droplet should be in the deck instead as it is a far better board breaker for many Chaos Max decks. Furthermore I personally prefer running Blue-Eyes Abyss Dragon + Blue-Eyes Chaos Dragon. Why? Well as for Blue-Eyes Hips... I mean Abyss Dragon, not only is it a nice way to grab extra ritual cards, but I find the 1000 ATK boost actually does popup as useful sometimes where I wouldn't had won the game without it! But you will need some easy cards to summon it like Sage & Stone or graveyard reborn type cards. As for Chaos Dragon? It should be obvious, it changes your opponent's monsters to defense & makes it 0... giving you another quick way to win instead of always relying fully on Iblee. Moreover I don't care for the imp cards as I find better ways to add the ritual cards to my hand such as Diviner of the Herald, Extra-foolish Burial & Dogmatika Maximus to send Herald of the arc light to the grave. I also prefer including a single copy of Ultimate Fusion in the deck as a backup plan. Including couple copies of Bingo Machine Go Go! along with a 3rd copy of Chaos Form is a good idea too... that way if you open a Bingo along with either Chaos Max or a Ritual spell you are promised to get the remaining one you need afterwards. Lastly I find the Ultimate Creature of Destruction trap card is pretty useful in saving your rump for another turn so you can try again to OTK if it didn't work out the first time.

Hey, a bit off-topic here. So here I have got 5000 gems and 60 SR crafting points and 60 UR crafting points for getting keys. What secret packs you would suggest to open regarding the fact that I basically only own cards you get from solo, Toon, Floo and a bit expanded Blue-Eyes. I dont even own all hand trap staples, but I would like to get somewhat new deck I could play. Are there any archetypes which can be realistically pulled by buying 5x10 secret packs of the archetype in question? Or maybe I should wait for the next packs that go on sale? Dont know how they're called. Labyrinth and some other pack is offered right now. So what do you guys suggest? Also: is there something like discord from teamsamurai? Or some other place to gather and exchange yuguoh related stuff online?

I had a really strong Chaos Max Bishbaalkin Tzolkin Deck, before Link. With a good Hand you got Bishbaalkin and Chaos Max first turn and you instant win, because of Bishbaalkin token effect. With a perfect 1st turn you looked enemy with bishbaalkin Tokens, Tzolkin Crystal Dragon and Habinger.

There are 2 Options. Option 1: You make a 40 Cards Deck, that I try right now on YugiPro and you brick rate is 50%. Option 2: 60 Cards full Draw Engine with the new support

Dont impcantations lock you from using your extra deck? So if used before Iblee, you wouldnt be able to go Al miraj. Also, having a BL abyss dragon, would help in searching your chaos form or chaos max, not mention the banish from the grave for +1000 attack on Chaos Max would make it easier to hit the OTL despite any attack reductions

@@XainArchives That's what the Lightning Storm, Raigeki and hand traps were for, though if you set up a couple of negates, it might be GG with a card like that. Without them, the deck relies on the BP and the opponent not being able to have enough outs to stop Chaos MAX from being summoned (or Super Poly) or something to stop Iblee, so an Ash + Imperm/Veiler might negate a ARA and Impcantation, or a D.D. Crow/Belle/Skull Meister might stop Iblee, but sometimes only one of those isn't enough. It's a simple and slightly consistent strategy and quite effective considering it's Blue-Eyes.
