My mentor would have been so proud to see me in QSO in CW, (so wishing he was still here,but that's not the case), so here's wishing him the best. My main weakness was not having the ability to spend more time with him , due to contractual obligations, and my selfish desire. My business now days is less than desirable, but that being said, Morse code is what always attracted me, (the electronics hooked me!). Fond memories will always be with a faithful friend, Jack Roberts, W7HQF/SK. That being said, I never made it into the realm of the CW operator with the exception of a few contacts, ( one actually while mobile!), Jack would have relished! Main reason? I didn't want to QRM because of my ineptitude, but mainly didn't want to look like a fool... Great idea! Thanks for putting up with me!!! 73' John C. KC5JSR...
