Aside from those suffering a possible health condition, there is no excuse to be THAT badly in shape. No, it doesn't make it acceptable to insult others, but you can still look after yourself and dedicate time to keep yourself HEALTHY. Not saying you have to be a gym stud, but you will be surprised what 3, 20-minute workouts a week will do for your body, and if you don't eat garbage all the time. Many of my friends play this game, and they aren't fitness freaks or anything, but they look ok
