I never play street fighter, but I watch the tournaments like this all the time, but what did shine do in that match that was so horrible? It just looked like a missed input to me.

It was, but he didn't need to do that input in the first place. he could have done something much, much easier than that which he does all the time. Instead he tried to be fancy, and got destroyed for his trouble.

Not only is Street Fighter an actual physical fighting game, it's mental. What happened was there was a "key moment", that moment is when Shine made a poor decision on finishing off the last round on Kels. Once that happened, the pressure was on. Kels saw an opportunity to take advantage and he took the momentum of the set immediately. Each hit Kels got on Shine the more mental pressure he got because he let that ONE round slip. It was so much pressure he cracked, which lead to his downfall. It's hard to keep a level head when so much internal thought is going on (the audience watching and the high level play that's going on right in front of you), but that comes with experience. Now the kid with a $3 shape up gotta up his game and restore his name.

Just when i thought he was much better man this Shine,he commentate maturely,he defeat Glitch convincingly imo,and he choked/crack whatever against Sanford,the person he had difficult time to defeat...that turning point,Shine try to styling and he pay for it,i don't know him personally even i felt salty.
