51.9 with hurdles. Sydney could probably run mid to low 49s on 400 flat. She would most likely be on the 4x400 team again.

When Sydney was part of the 4x400 at the 2019 worlds her split was 48.8. Considering how Sydney has only gotten better, she could probably be comfortably in sub-49.
