@@rhf101 I don't have a major bone in this fight, but is Rock Lee's base speed really enough? Lee never beat Neji in a spar and had to resort to Gates to even the playing field. While it's not emphasized as much as Lee's, Neji's attack speed is fast enough that even spectating Jonin didn't see him hitting Hinata's tenketsu. Moreover Neji's Rotation is both by statement (by Tenten) and feats (upper limit unknown but can block attacks from ten-tails) better than Gaara's sand shield, and has the nasty side-effect of reflecting attacks back to the user. Bad use of Chidori would only hurt Sasuke. The only thing that I agree on is Sharingan's precognition, but I'm not sure if that's enough in this case.

People don't understand why Guy and Lee recover so fast and how they have so much energy. Exercise does that you. When you workout/exercise regularly you notice a colossal difference in energy. It's life changing for people who don't exercise regularly.
