I agree, sometimes you may not like who you're working with but patient care comes first. Communication is key to achieving positive outcomes. Even if we'd prefer to see our less likeable coworkers drown, we should offer a helping hand and be a team player. Great video.

One problem here in the US is nurse to aide communication and belittling. Drama is also top of the list for ways to break down teamwork as well!
