16:49 to answer your question here. Essentially yes they do a lot of clipping certain parts and piece them together with the other parts they like. That’s why they will sometimes have them repeat some parts of their lines and not the full part. So that way they can cut the part they don’t like and smoothly replace it with the one they like. If that makes sense. (I don’t quite know their exact methods nor am I a producer. I’m just using my knowledge from what I did in my A/V classes haha)

ah its not a dumb question 🙈 if you dont know its not really common knowledge 🙈🙈😇 yes they can cut the parts up and add them together however they like 🤗 that way they could almost record word for word and do it like this but that would be sooo much work and it wouldnt sound right 🙈😂
