The shells clip together quite well but I'd still recommend installing all the base screws to ensure the shell doesn't flex or creak.

Questions about changing the battery, what size is the JST connector? What kind of battery should I buy? Looking for better batterylife and not worried about weight balancing.

Just a standard 3 pin JST connector. Most if not all smaller batteries don't have the connector itself pre-installed, but you can remove it from the stock battery and wired in the lines from the new battery.

Hi, I just got my ogm pro v2 and I've noticed a pretty serious creaking and wobbling on the m1 button. It looks like the button isn't attached properly, the back of it is lower than the m2 button, while the front is higher. Do you know how to fix this problem and what could be the cause? I haven't looked inside the mouse yet. I would really appreciate any help.

You're actually the 2nd person to mention a loose m1 click lately, very odd. My assumption is that the anchoring screw for the main click somehow came loose, you should be able to re-anchor it but I'd reach out to WAIZOWL first before you do so as opening the unit will void your warranty. If they give you the go-ahead then it should be an easy fix, but see what they say first.

@@mel0nFPS Thanks for the answer, the thing is that I bought the mouse from the mechkeys website, not from waizowl directly, and I don't know if waizowl takes responsibility for the product in this case. Anyway I will reach out to waizowl first, I heard they have very good customer service.

In that case Mech Keys should be able to RMA it, but reach out to WAIZOWL regardless and see what they say!
